Direct a Bay County criminal-record inquiry to the agency that created or keeps the file. Court cases, police narratives, jail bookings, statewide histories, and record-relief petitions follow separate official routes, and no one office can replace all the others.

This Is Not a Government Office. This is a private reference resource. We cannot retrieve criminal records, conduct official checks, change or remove a record, or receive an expunction filing. Contact the responsible government custodian for those services.

Need an Official Record?

Select the office responsible for the specific Bay County record:

  • Court files: consult criminal court case records or the clerk for the court that handled the matter
  • State criminal histories: go to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Division of Criminal Justice Information Services
  • Bookings, arrests, and jail material: request the record from the Bay County Sheriff's Office
  • Florida official checks: choose the appropriate FDLE order process
  • Incident and police reports: ask the law-enforcement agency that prepared the report
  • Sealing and expunction: submit the filing through the court that heard the case
